Your responses are used to create and deliver your personalized Three-Pillar Life Alignment, save your progress, and maintain an operational record of your purchase.
Information collected
PTU collects your name, email, payment reference, purchase and completion times, selected responses, progress and return activity, generated result information, delivery status, and any next step you voluntarily select.
How information is used
Information is used to verify access, restore unfinished progress, create and email your result, maintain transaction and completion records, provide support, and evaluate this commercial test. PTU does not send complete response sets or personalized result content to Stripe. In the current Alignment test, assessment and result content are not sent to Zoho CRM.
Information to avoid
Please do not submit medical, legal, financial, crisis, trauma, employer-confidential, employment-dispute, or other highly sensitive personal information. The experience does not request free-text personal narratives.
Your result email is transactional. Purchasing does not add you to promotional email. Any promotional consent is optional and presented separately.
Retention
Unfinished identifiable responses are retained through the 30-day paid-access period, then deleted from PTU-controlled assessment storage, subject to documented system limitations.
Completed identifiable responses and personalized result content are retained through the 30-day access period and at least 7 days after completion, whichever is later. Ordinarily, this means no more than approximately 37 days after purchase.
After the applicable period, PTU deletes identifiable assessment responses, personalized result content, and data capable of reconstructing the result from systems under PTU’s control, subject to documented backup and deletion-propagation limitations. PTU may retain normal operational records where legitimately necessary, including transaction, consent, fulfillment, support, voluntarily selected next-step, and non-identifying aggregate records.
PTU cannot delete copies saved by the buyer, the buyer’s browser history, or a delivered result email from the buyer’s own mailbox.
